Troubleshoot error login on control panel virtualizor

Hello,

I just did most recently install of Virtualizor on the Ubuntu 18.04 server. When I type in ip:4084 or ip:4085 it pops up the login page. but I cannot login using any of users(root, admin,…) on the server.

Can someone explain how to fix the problem?
