Should I install SNMP to let Cacti connect to devices? Please guide me on how to install SNMP and RDP tool. Thanks

Yes; To install SNMP and RRDTool, just type and run the following command. You will then be asked if you would like to continue the installation. You must enter “Y” here:
yum install net-snmp net-snmp-utils net-snmp-libs rrdtoolNow you can also start running SNMP with the following command:
systemctl start snmpdFor more information, see “install and configuring cacti on centos 8”.
