How to open port 5432 in ipv4 on centos7

Hi, after installing PostgreSQL port 5432 on the server is not open and is only open for tcp6. I also did the iptables settings but the port is still closed. Please guide me to open this port for ipv4 as well.

Please let me know that have you deactivated the Selinux or not? Also, please stop the firewall service and check the port again.
