How to make a partition on read-only mode?

Hi, I want to make one of my hard partitions on read-only mode. How can I do that? And How can I change it to read-write again?

The best way to create hard partitions in read-only mode is to mount the partition as read-only. You must also re-mount it as read-write in order to be able to change it to read-write again.
