Why I see ”unattended upgrade” when i use apt on Ubuntu?

First, look for software & updates from the application menu and run it. (A purple icon with an A letter in the middle).

Then in the updates section, set the option to automatically check for updates to never. Then save. (Click the close button)

Then turn off your system again and then turn it on and try to see if it works.
